为吸引高技术人才来加拿大工作，2017年加拿大推出了自己的全球人才项目GTS（Global Talent Stream），外国高技术人才最快能在一个月内来到加拿大工作，工签最长可达两年。Global Talent不是移民项目，如要申请移民，需满足任一移民项目的要求。

加拿大全球人才项目有2个类别：

类别一 Category A：

申请条件

1. 申请企业需获得政府指定的合作机构的推荐

2. 申请的岗位必须是独特的专业岗位（Unique and Specialized）

   （1）岗位年薪至少8万加币

   （2）在本行业需要应用到尖端科技

   （3）要求至少5年及以上相关工作经验

   （4）一家企业通常只能申请一两个岗位

2、雇主Offer的工资需达到该NOC的社平工资或职业列表中规定的工资要求

0213 IT经理，2147 IT硬件工程师，2161 数学家与统计学家（不含精算师），2171 IT系统分析师，2172 数据库分析师，2173 软件工程师，2174 程序员，2175 网页程序员，2281 网络技术员（年薪8.2万加币或更高的现行工资），2283 IT测试技术员（年薪8万加币或更高的现行工资），5131 视觉效果与电子游戏项目总监（年薪7.8万加币或更高的现行工资），5241 数码媒体设计师（年薪8万加币或更高的现行工资）

GTS移民方案参考

一、EE（FSW/CEC）

1、凭LMIA在EE中加50分，直接通过EE递交移民申请

2、办理工签后在加拿大工作一年，走EE-CEC类别（更低邀请分）
